I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with your recommendation to use All Pro Cleaning & Restoration Services in the aftermath of my basement flood in January of this year.
Tom Avezzano, President of AllPro, answered my page and was at my home with his crew the same evening. He came well-equipped and with enough workers to remove the 7 inches of water extending the entire length and width of the basement and set up fans and humidifiers before leaving that night. This in itself was a great relief, yet it was only the beginning of the attentive service AllPro was to offer over the next few weeks.
Mr. Avezzano either called or stopped by on a daily basis to check on the conditions in the basement, changing and adjusting the equipment when necessary to achieve optimal drying within the critical period immediately following a flood to avoid serious long-term problems, such as mold and wood rot. He sent his team to inspect the insulation behind the walls and to remove wet/damaged belongings. As a result of AllPro’s diligence, the water damage to structural components in my basement was contained, avoiding the cost of major repairs.
The repairs that were needed were also handled through AllPro. Workers recommended by Mr. Avezzano did painting and carpentry. They were competent, punctual, efficient, and neat. In addition, AllPro’s knowledge about cleaning and restoration was the key factor in my avoiding a claim for my two thousand dollar treadmill. Mr. Avazzano’s technical expertise in both the flood and health equipment fields allowed him to make recommendations that resulted in restoring the treadmill to working order a few weeks after the flood.
My experience with AllPro was a light in a difficult situation, making an overwhelming event seem more manageable. Most importantly, their efforts saved considerable damage to my home and significantly reduced the potential amount of my insurance claim. I am truly grateful for every phase of work that AllPro did for me. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning and restoration services.
