Wendy J. Ashby, Esq., offers her clients strong and diversified background based in practical and administrative legal, as well as business, experience. Ms. Ashby has devotedly pursued the practice of law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992 in the areas of Wills/Estates, Elder Law, Mediation, Family Law, Adoptions and Personal Injury. Ms. Ashby is currently the owner of the firm ASHBY LAW OFFICES, LLC, founded in 1997. Ashby Law Offices has offices in Quakertown, Allentown and Warrington, Pennsylvania. Prior to forming her current firm, Ms. Ashby practiced privately in PA and NJ and was selected by the State of New Jersey Superior Court as one of the two attorneys to implement the new State-reengineered court case management system, Differentiated Case Management (DCM), in the Mercer County Civil Division. Ms. Ashby's legal public service also includes an internship with the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ashby was employed for several years by Media Management Services, Inc., managing the educational advertising accounts for the programs offered by TIME Inc. and other large publishers.
Ms. Ashby is a Certified Mediator and has been invited to speak for many elder, financial, attorney, insurance groups and civil groups on the topics of estate asset preservation planning and ethical issues for the elderly.
Ms. Ashby is an active member of the Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, the Bucks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; sits on the Orphans Court, Estates, Family and Mediation sections of the Bucks County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association; has held a position on the Steering Committee of the Network Connections Group servicing the aging; is a member of the Children of Aging Parents; has co-chaired for Doylestown Townships Oktoberfest Board; acted as mentor and educational coordinator to the Pennsylvania Legal Support Staff Guild; and has served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Rescue Mission as a legal advisor. Ms. Ashby is also currently on the Board of Directors and legal advisor to the Upper Milford Youth Association in Lehigh County, PA and sits on the Board of Directors for the Blue Heron Home Owners Association in Lake Harmony, PA.

RON R. MILLER, ESQUIRE

Ron R. Miller specializes in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Finance, Real Estate, Business Start-Up/Dissolution, Estate Law, Trust Law, Elder Law and Family Law. Mr. Miller is a member of the Upper and Central Bucks Chambers of Commerce and is on the Board of Directors and acts as legal counsel for the Upper Milford Youth Association. While in law school, Mr. Miller was a member of the Connecticut Probate Journal and the International Law Society. After graduating law school, Mr. Miller clerked for the Honorable Joseph P. Dogherty of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Thereafter, Mr. Miller joined the prestigious law firm of Diserio, Martin, O'Connor & Castiglioni LLP of Stanford, Connecticut. Mr. Miller's primary practice while at Diserio Martin concentrated in Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Law. While at Diserio Martin, Mr. Miller was President of the Regional (Greenwich, Stamford and Norwalk, CT) Bar Association Corporate Law Chapter and was a founding member of the United Way of Stanford's Young Professionals Association. Mr. Miller joined Ashby Law Offices, LLC, in 2000 where he added Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust Law and Family Law to his practice.

NANCY J. HARROLD, ESQUIRE
Nancy J. Harrold has practiced in the areas of divorce, support and custody since 1989. She is also the firm's litigation attorney, which means when a case cannot be resolved through negotiation; she is the primary attorney who appears in Court on behalf of firm clients. Prior to attending law school at Temple University, she was employed by the County of Delaware, Pennsylvania, as a Domestic Relations Conference Officer, and later as a Probation Officer for the Delaware County Office of Court Services. While attending law school, she clerked for the Honorable Lois G. Forer, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, PA, from January 1985 through August 1987. She also served as a teaching assistant at the Temple University School of Law from 1984 to 1985.
Ms. Harrold graduated magna cum laude from Cabrini College, Radnor, PA, in 1979. She graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law, PA, in 1987. Admitted: PA Bar 1987; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of PA, 1988.
MELISSA L. WHITE

Melissa L. White began working with Wendy Ashby, Esquire, in February of 1999. Ms. White graduated with honors from Temple University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration. Since beginning her employment with Ashby Law Offices, Ms. White has completed a Paralegal Certificate through Thomson Education Direct. She has also completed two certificate programs for research training through Lexis-Nexis. In addition, Ms. White is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
