I am compelled to write a letter of recommendation for Brandon Electric Inc., after the absolutely wonderful service they provided for me. To begin, each and every person that I encountered in the company, from the receptionist, to the technicians, to the supervisor and the owner, obviously holds customer satisfaction in the highest of regards.
Eli,the technician who gave us the estimate, spent significantly more time evaluating our problem and discussing it with me than any other electrician we consulted. Carlos and Jim, who performed the service,spent all day with me and my toddler, and they could not of been more considerate and pleasant. They answered every question I had, and did excellent work. Marc, the supervisor, who came to evaluate their work that day before they left, was no exception :painstakingly taking time to label our new electric box, and making sure my questions were answered. He sensed that I had some concerns about other issues in my 200 yr old house,and even called me back on his way home to reiterate his opinion that we did not need to embark on a series of costly maneuvers to make our house "safer". I have never encountered a more reassuring and ethical person in all my time employing technical service persons!
I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company. I have been passing their numbers around to all of my freinds. They even sent me a thank you note and a survey days after they were here. But, it is I who should thank them.
