A $250.00 non-refundable donation to The Annunciation & Agia Paraskevi is required to make a reservation for The American Hellenic Center. Balance of $350 Hall Fee is due within 8 weeks of reservation, hall fee is non-refundable.
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Checks are accepted. Payment is due no later than the end of dinner hour.
All menu selections must be finalized 45 days prior to the function.
Your minimum person guarantee must be submitted 14 days prior to the function. Facilities and food will be prepared to serve 5% above your guarantee. You will be charged for actual attendance or the minimum guarantee, whichever is greater.
All food and beverages are subject to gratuity and applicable sales tax. Callahan's Catering accepts no responsibility for any acts of nature or situations beyond our control.
