The first question most people ask is, "How much do you charge?" It is very hard to determine how much money you will spend until the attorney speaks with you about your case.
After the free initial consultation, our attorneys can then provide an estimate of the fees likely in your case and can quote you a "retainer." The retainer is a deposit of money against which time charges are subtracted. Each case has a different retainer based on the specific facts and circumstances presented because no two legal matters are the same.
Ms. Borman bills at the rate of $200.00 per hour; Ms. Foreman bills at $175.00 per hour; Mr. Gribble bills at $160.00 per hour; Mr. Drummond bills at $160.00 per hour; our specialized discovery paralegal bills at $90.00 per hour and our legal assistants bill at $75.00 per hour.
