Overview

Attorney OverviewSince 1995 I have devoted myself to the practice of Criminal Law. I have represented accused persons throughout North and East Texas including cases in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Smith, Kaufman, Rockwall, Wise, Montague, Henderson, Hill, Ellis, Bexar, Grayson, and Hunt counties.

I have successfully handled cases involving charges of Murder, Assault, Family Violence, Drugs, Robbery, Forgery, Credit Card Fraud, Kidnapping, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI and DUI), Theft, Evading and Resisting Arrest, Driver's License Suspensions and Revocations, and White Collar Crimes at both the felony and misdemeanor level in federal, state, and juvenile courts.

My success is based on knowing the law and my clients and understanding their needs and hopes, along with long-standing relationships with judges and prosecutors that allow me to evaluate a case and advise my clients as to the best course of action to follow. Whether that is a jury trial, a judge trial, a plea bargain, or a dismissal, knowledge, experience, and relationships are the key to properly handling your case.

I annually participate in Continuing Legal Education opportunities in order to stay abreast of the latest techniques, laws, and innovations available. This allows me to provide my clients with the highest quality representation in whatever circumstances they may face.

While I cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any legal matter, I will exert my best efforts to insure that my clients are satisfied with the outcome of their criminal case.
