State Tower Building, Syracuse.  Tallest building in Syracuse.  22 stories.  We are involved in service and repair.  Work is very challenging due to age of buiding (75 years) and materials used.  (Screwed pipe up to 10" diameter.

Restaurant - new construction plumbing scope.  Job was completed in national record time including complete demolition of previous buildings.  Interesting features are use of instantaneous hot water heaters (non-storage type) by Rannai.

6 story commercial building - we repaired sub-basement.  Building drains without interrupting building.

Syracuse Federal Credit Union converted from old Catholic church with unusual construction.

Complete remodel of commercial kitchen and 72 rooms.
