Your Roof Installation

 Questions:

·         Pets - If pets are present, how will noise affect them?  What steps are necessary to move them?

·         Schedule – Are there any special requests concerning the scheduling of the job? Will work during normal business hours (8:00 am to dusk) be a problem?

·         Neighbors - Do you have a friendly relationship with your immediate neighbors in the event that equipment needs to be placed on or near their property or if any debris may temporarily land on their property?

·         Vegetation - Are there any plantings of special concern of which we should be aware?

·         Placement -Where should materials be placed? Preferences regarding dumpster placement?

·         Job Sign - Do you mind a job sign being placed in your lawn upon signing contract or during installation?

·         Gutters - Would you like your gutters cleaned out? (Debris in addition to the roofing project)

·         Electrical-Is there outdoor electricity available?

·         Home Access - Will access be available for water, rest room?

Care and Maintenance:

·         Ice and Snow should be removed under the following conditions:

o        Snow depth of 10” or more

o        Persistent sub-freezing temperatures

o        Weather pattern of alternating sun & cold

o        Ice build up in gutters

o        Location of home

·         Report leakage or other problems as soon as they are observed.

·         Nails and other small objects of debris may be present even after clean up. We recommend that children be advised to wear shoes when outdoors. Please call if there is any significant debris.

·         Warranty registration will be processed following final payment. You will receive notification from the manufacturer within 4 – 6 weeks. Please keep all paperwork related to your roof for future reference.
