Our Team

Juan V. Santallana, Sr. - Juan Sr. has worked in the janitorial business since 1976. Over the years, he has received and given numerous training in janitorial techniques and procedures. Juan Sr. has also been part of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as many other social organizations. This exposure along with many years of service has made him a well-known and respected businessman in the Tampa Bay area.
Julian V. Santallana, Sr. - Julian is Juan Sr. first born and has been involved in the janitorial business since his 16th. birthday. Julian has made the cleaning chemicals area his expertise. He has received multiple training in not only the composition of some of these solutions, but also the effectiveness when put into use. His people-friendly personality allows him to interact successfully with our associates and clients.
Juan V. Santallana, Jr. - Junior, as we refer to him, is Juan Sr.'s youngest son. He became part of the business at the very young age of nine. That is that "Dad" would take him to work where he would help with the extension cords or picking up trash. Junior worked and learned and now he is an integral part of the business. His outgoing personality has merged with his knowledge of the business to form a successful sales person.
The Administration
Amy R. Santallana - Amy, Juan's wife, joined our team in 2000. She comes with a strong analytical and computer background after working for both the University of South Florida and Hillsborough Community College. After her tenured there, Amy worked as an account manager for a technology company. Today, she is responsible for the accounting and payroll activities in the office.
Cari Santallana - Cari, Julian's wife, has also been part of the business since she was 16 years old. She actually got introduced to the cleaning when she met Julian. After becoming a mom, Cari spent several years working in billing for an insurance company and a teacher for private school. Today, Cari is responsible for an array of administrative duties which include our subcontractor's payroll.
Jorge I. Olivio - Jorge or "George" joined our team as our Quality Control Supervisor. He is an Armed Forces and State of Florida retiree with a vast knowledge in the cleaning industry.
Daniel Silva - Danny joined our team on a part time basis while he finished school andin 2002 he became a full time worker. He is currently a supervisor trainee and excelling.
Hector Ayes - Hector came to us with a vast experience after working for various cleaning companies. Today Hector serves as our Floor and Carpet Tech.
