The firm of George & Joseph does not charge any legal fees on personal injury cases, such as automobile accident cases, medical malpractice cases, workers' compensation cases, slip and fall cases, dog bite cases and product liability cases, unless there is a recovery.  This method of billing is known as CONTINGENT FEE, which means that legal fees are contingent on a monetary recovery for the client.

In cases where the contingent fee method of billing does not apply, such as in criminal cases, contract matters, and estate matters, please feel free to consult with us on the amount of legal fee that will be charged.  The fee will be fully explained prior to the client incurring any legal fees, and a fee arrangement will be given to the client in writing.  The client also has the option of paying legal fees by way of MasterCard or Visa.
