VALLEY ROAD GYM, 221 VALLEY ROAD, WILMINGTON/NEWPORT (near Banning Park).
From N. Wilmington: Take I-95 south, exit at Martin Luther King Boulevard exit, stay in right lane. Go thru 1st., light and follow lane until it dead-ends at light at Maryland Avenue (Rt.4). Turn right onto Maryland Avenue (Rt. 4 W.), go 1 mile, cross over railroad tracks. At 2nd light after track, turn left onto Brookside Drive (Brian's Auto repair on left corner/ Rita's Water Ice to the right).
** Follow Brookside Drive to 2nd left (Valley Road - At this turn, the road forks, and a red brick building will be in front of you, turn left onto Valley Road.)
FROM NEWARK:
Take I-95 N. to 141 N. Take Newport/Rt. 4 exit. At light, turn right onto Rt. 4 East. (Maryland Avenue). Follow Rt. 4 about 2 miles until you see the Dunkin Donuts on your left. At 1st light after Dunkin Donuts, turn right onto Brookside Drive. ** Follow as above.
FROM PIKE CREEK:
Take Rt. 7 South, cross over Kirkwood Highway (Rt. 2). Get in left lane. Follow Rt. 7 South to end and turn left onto Rt. 4 East (Maryland Avenue). Follow Rt. 4 East (pass the First State Shopping Center, then the (Five Points Fire, Co.) until you see the Dunkin Donuts on your left. At 1st light after Dunkin Donuts, turn right onto Brookside Drive.

FROM NEW JERSEY:
Delaware Memorial Bridge to 141 North. Take Newport/ Rt. 4 exit. At light, turn right onto Rt. 4 East (Market Street/ Maryland Avenue). Follow Rt. 4 until you see the Dunkin Donuts on your left. At 1st light after Dunkin Donuts, turn right onto Brookside Drive (Brian's Auto Repair on corner).
