HOW TO RENT PARTY GOODS

Please feel free to call or visit our showroom for ideas, advice and assistance. Our Party Consultants are at your service. They will help you order the right quantities of the proper items. We are always happy to recommend better caterers, bands, bartenders and entertainment. Delivery is available on all orders. For charges please call our office. Please make sure that arrangements for delivery are explicit as there are extra charges if no one is home at time of delivery or pickup, or for delivery and pickup at other than ground level. If customer requests pickup on Sunday or holiday, and if lessor agrees to such pickup, a special service charge will be made.
 
Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery and pickup. On pickup all items should be stacked, tables folded, chairs bagged and ready to go. Set up and knock down service is available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged for in advance. 
China, Silver, Utensils, etc. must be returned dean and repacked in boxes. With exception of linen, we are not allowed to accept soiled items for return.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Check with the management of hired halls to make sure they will take of care of this for you... We do charge for missing items.

DELIVERY NOTICE
In order to provide an efficient delivery service to all our customers we need 5 days advance notice for deliveries.
Our normal delivery routes are scheduled by the time of day equipment is needed, and by the distances and location from our store. These schedules are pre-planned so we can provide good service to everyone.
We will provide unscheduled delivery service whenever possible, at a rate to be determined by circumstance. 

All other orders subject to delivery charge based on tile distance from our store.
