Dr. Peters is a native of Tacoma, Washington. In 1966, he joined the Army and served for six years as an Infantry Officer and helicopter Pilot. He left the army in 1972 to attend the University of Houston's College of Optometry. Upon graduation in 1978, he reentered the army where he served as Chief of Optometry for the 1st Cavalry Division and Chief of Optometry for Darnall Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas. Dr. Peters left the army in 1981 and moved to Kirkland, Washington where he has been in private practice ever since.
Don Bailey was born in Seattle, Washington. In 1992, he started his career in the optical field as a Lab Technician for a major optical lab. In 1994, he became a Certified Optician through the American Board of Opticianry. In 1995, he obtained his Dispensing License for Washington State. He has been at Kirkland Vision Center since 2001 as an Optician and Lab Technician.
Roxana Williams is a native of Oregon. She began a career as an Optician in 1998 working in Portland, Oregon. After a few months she moved to the Seattle area and began working in an optical boutique. She has been at Kirkland Vision Center since 2000 where she is a fashion eyewear consultant and Dispensing Optician.
Cindy Woods was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Daughter of a Navy family, she has spent most of her life in Washington. She is a graduate of Edmonds Community College. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and promoting The Starving Housewives Craft Shows.
