 K & R Sellout provides complete estate appraisal and liquidation services. We handle the sale and appraisal of contents of homes and estates, including used and antique furniture. Our experienced sales staff is known for being able to sell the contents of an entire home in 1 day! We are fully insured.
We conduct a one day open house "Tag Sale" for people who are moving or settling an estate. We do all of the work. Cabinets and closets are emptied, and everything is tastefully displayed on tables supplied by us. Everything is sold including furniture, kitchenware, linens, antiques, household items, jewelry, clothing and more.
Every item is then tagged with a price. After extensive advertising, a 1-day sale is conducted in a very professional manner using our salespeople in every room and a guard at the door. As items are sold, a sales receipt is written in 3-parts. We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard. The customer must present their copy of our sales slip to our guard as they leave.. We allow one evening after the sale for customers to pick up large items.

At the conclusion of the sale, the client is given a copy of every sales slip for the merchandise sold. At the client's request, we also will provide someone to remove all unsold items at the close of the sale, leaving our clients worry-free and ready to move.
