Our Daily Rate Policy 

Services and Products covered under our Daily Rate are presented below.

Private Pay, All-inclusive Daily Rates For 2009 (effective January 1, 2009)

• Semi-Private Room Daily Rate:     $269.72
• Private Room Daily Rate:                 $290.74

Routine Supplies Provided at No Extra Charge

• Personal Hygiene Items (including some over the counter medicines)
• Basins, Bed Pans, Bedside Commodes
• Tissues and Toilet Paper
• Gloves
• Incontinence Products (except special orders)
• Nutritional Supplements
• Standard Wheelchairs

Services Provided at No Extra Charge

• Free Laundry Service
• No Charge for Cable TV Connection
• Telephone Access at the Bedside (charges through Embarq)
• Complimentary Hand Feeding

Extra Charges

• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies which are billed to Medicare and may incur a co-pay
• Lab work and X-rays are billed to Medicare and may incur a co-pay
• Pharmacy billed separately; Most insurances accepted
• Some Medicare HMO organizations require prior authorization or network participation which can not be guaranteed
• Ambulance or Ambulette transportation is usually an extra charge unless it is part of a hospital admission process
