L. Peter Temple is Managing Partner in Larmore, Scarlett, Myers & Temple, where he is in charge of the estate administration and estate planning department. He has practiced law in Pennsylvania for 31 years. He is a graduate of Haverford College and Boston University Law School. On the topic of estate planning and estate administration, he has lectured before the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, the Chester County Bench-Bar Conference, civic groups, the Kennett Area Senior Center and other institutions. He has been noted in the Who's Who of American Law, Who's Who of Executives and Professionals and has served on the Board of Directors of the Chester County Bar Association and as President of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Chester County Bar Associations as well as the Chester County Estate Planning Council and the New Castle County Estate Planning Council. David L. Myers was raised in central Pennsylvania and educated at Brown University and the Duquesne Law School. He has practiced law in Kennett Square since the early 1970's focusing on estate planning and administration and transactional real estate matters. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. He has had extensive community involvement including service on the Board of Directors of The Southern Chester County Medical Center and Southern Chester County Health Services, including service as Board Chairman and as well as serving as President of the United Way of the Kennett Area. He was named Citizen of the Year by the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce for 1995. Donald B. Lynn, Jr. joined Larmore, Scarlett, Myers & Temple in March, 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Don worked at a large Philadelphia law firm. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. At Dickinson, he was a Senior Editor on the Law Review and graduated cum laude. Additionally, after law school, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Earl H. Carroll, United States District Court Judge for the District of Arizona in Phoenix. He is a member of the Chester County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Don is on the Board of Directors of the United Way for Southern Chester County. Raised in Chester County, Don and his wife Amy currently live in East Bradford Township. |
