Computer Digital Radiography (Digital X-Ray): X-rays are necessary to accurately diagnose a patient's state of oral health. In addition to finding cavities we can detect other hidden conditions including, but not limited to, abscesses, cysts, tumors, retained teeth, fractures or cracks, periodontal disease, and other abnormalities of the teeth and their supporting structures. Not only do we understand that our patients are concerned about the amount of radiation they receive, we have concerns as well. That is why we now employ Digital Radiography. This advanced technology allows us to reduce the amount of radiation used by about 90%! Better Diagnostic Capability:
In addition to eliminating the worry about radiation, it is also a superior diagnostic tool. It has higher resolution than film so it reveals more detail and it can be magnified to many times its original size so both you and the practitioner see more clearly. Our imaging software has contrast and color capabilities that enable us to reveal abnormalities, which might otherwise have remained hidden. It is also much faster than traditional film X-rays. It takes only moments for the image to appear on the computer screen so we know immediately that we have a fully diagnostic picture. Financial Arrangements . . .
Fees are based on the severity of the problem, length and complexity of treatments. A variety of payment methods are available.
We also accept credit cards and accept payments directly from your own insurance company. We will make financial arrangements directly with you for that portion of the fee not covered by your insurance. For your added convenience we offer in-house financing to our patients, which assists in monthly payments.
