We just wanted to say how much we appreciated the good job you all did on our roof. I was impressed on how well all the men worked together. You have a great team. As you know, the building was an old church back in the late 1800's and the large flat area at the top was a great concern to me. It had leaked for a long time. It not only looks great but the way you prepared and finished the area i am sure it will last for many years without any leaks. We have had many complements on the new roof. I will highly recommend your company in the future.

Dear Peranich and Shelp,
It would be a travesty if I did not document the awesome experience of Peranich and Shelp from day one to the very last day of work on my residence.
Initially I was presented a list of contractors from which I was to choose one company to work a miracle on the house. I began the task by calling the offices of the contractors and was pleasantly surprised by the customer-friendly greeting I received from the women in your office (you never get a second chance to make a first impression). Their subsequent patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
When the workers arrived, it marked the beginning of a professional, courteous and friendly work atmosphere. Every move and project demonstrated a well-oiled machine in action coupled with consideration for my day-to-day life...which included clean-up at the end of each work day. How great is that!!
I also appreciated the time taken to explain certain projects and the consideration for my daily schedule when conflicts were imminent.
I thank you, my house thanks you for the remarkable make-over experience.

Peranich and Shelp Construction was by far the most professional construction company that we have dealt with for home construction and repair projects. We are completely satisfied with the results of construction of one screen porch and the replacement of a screen porch by our swimming pool that had been poorly constructed by another contracting company several years ago. Your company is unique in that your workers stay on the job all day (including eating lunch while working) instead of running around to other job sites and to coffe breaks, etc. Tom, we can see why you put so much faith in Sammy and Todd on your projects, as they handled the job and any revisions perfectly. Your company was also very responsive when a couple of quick modifications had to be made after the original project was completed. All of the above came at a very reasonable price. Thanks again.

Tom and All,
I am writing this note to let you know how very happy we are with our new front porch. While it was a long time in coming, the work that Ken Ganger and Sam (we didn't get his last name) did was excellent. They were here bright and early every morning and worked all day long. They are great people, easy to talk to, professional, and very hard working. Their attention to detail was fantastic and whenever we needed to talk to them they listened and were receptive to our requests or questions. We could not be more happy with their work. We felt that they were building this porch for their own house. They did a remarkable job in tearing down the old one and putting up the new in only about 7.5 working days. Even on the day they were stopped by rail around lunch time they came back later in the afternoon when the rain had stopped. Please make sure they know how happy we are with them and the work that they did.
Also, Stephanie and Karin in the office have always been very pleasant and helpful when ever we have called....and there were times when we called where we were not in the best of moods. Yet they were professional and did whatever they could to answer our questions and make us feel better,
All in all we are very pleased, as we were in the past with the work you have done for us here in Vestal. We will not hesitate coming back to you if we need additional housework in the future.
