Dr. Semegran graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Albany and received her Doctor of Optometry in 1984 from the prestigious New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Listed in the 1994 and 1997 Who’s Who Among Outstanding Americans, Dr. Semegran is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Optometric Association, the New Jersey Optometric Association, and the Bergen-Passaic Optometric Society. She is on the board of directors of OMNI Eye Services in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

David has more than 20 years of experience in the optical field. He has extensive knowledge in edging, surfacing, dispensing, and repairs. He has owned his own business from 1984 to 1995. His specialty includes custom eyewear, such as facets, diving masks, low masks, low vision, and post-cataract-surgery eyeglasses.
