Conditions of Sale:
$400 refundable CASH deposit. All purchases must be paid in full, and removed by specified time, (normally Sat. 5:00 pm). All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions are to be made. Cash, cashiers check, Visa, Mastercard and ATM accepted. Personal and company checks must be approved. All items sold "As Is".

Please inspect prior to bidding. While descriptions are believed to be accurate all articles are offered "As Is, Where Is, With All Faults". Auctioneer and South Coast Auction make no representation or warranty, expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property sold at the auction.

Responsibility for proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise is responsibility of the bidder. Items may be added or deleted from sale. 15% buyers premium added to hammer price plus $2.00, $3.00 or $4.00 lot fee. Additional 25% cash deposit due on day of sale. Your cooperation is required and expected.
